 Our athletic programs provide students enrolled in our schools educational opportunities which are physically wholesome, mentally stimulating and socially satisfying, integrating athletics with the total educational program. All students are encouraged to participate in sports instruction, activities and competitions. Athletics provide students an opportunity to learn and develop myriad number of interests and abilities, which will benefit them while in school and later as adults. Through learning the value of competition and using this highly emotional environment, students develop personal characteristics of emotional maturity, responsibility, leadership, being a team player, goal setting, cooperation valuing the necessity of rules and the appreciation of physical movement.
School personnel will supervise athletic events. Students are expected to behave appropriately and obey the supervisors. Violation of behavior standards will result in expulsion from the event and possible expulsion from future after-school events.
Please note: transportation is the responsibility of parents for all sports.

Columbia Turnpike through Florham Park (past the Livingston Mall). Continue through the traffic light at the end of the mall (gas station is on corner). At the next light, JFK Parkway/Livingston Avenue, Make a left. St. Philomena?s is 2-3 miles down on the left hand side (past Shoprite). Turn left into the driveway just past the front of the church. Go to the far end of the parking lot. The field is in the back left corner behind the old church/school.

Take 202 South to the light at the Old Mill Inn (sign for Route 287). Turn left onto Maple St., you will be traveling south towards Basking Ridge. Pass through one traffic light and about ? mile down the road you will be traveling up a hill. At top, road divides, stay left and continue straight for
approx. 4 miles. This road still Maple St. until you cross over a bridge and you will see sign on right for Long Hill Township. At the top of steep hill there is a blinking light, keep left and follow road through the light. Continue for about another mile to 1st stop sign. Turn right onto Central Avenue. Stay straight for 1 mile to the 1st light. Turn left onto Valley Road. Go approx. ? mile past the Shop Rite Plaza and turn right at 1st light after Shop Rite onto Popular Drive. The road is a dead end and the fields are in the left.
