SPRING FORENSIC COMPETITION TRYOUTS

On February 21, 2018 10 girls in the 6-8th grades successfully competed in a forensic competition at Mount Saint Mary’s Academy as we brought home seven trophies.  The next competition will take place on May 2 at 3:00 at Holy Spirit School in Pequannock.

This competition will be a declamation which will require each student to fully memorize a 3-7 minute speech that was given by someone in a public forum.  There will be two teams entered in this competition: 5 varsity members and 5 JV members with one or two alternates per team.  If there is a high interest in trying out for this competition, an internal competition may be conducted in order to pick the team members.

Please email Jean Jabbour by March 5th at Jeanjabbour@verizon.net if interested.
