As a Front Desk Volunteer you can choose a schedule that works for you by signing up to man the front desk just once a month or volunteering several times a month. It’s a great way to see what happens in the morning or afternoon at Assumption and see your children at school – which they love! To inquire and sign up, please email Tiffany Srnensky at tleesrnensky@yahoo.com or Joni McDonnell at jnoblemcdonnell@gmail.com.

FASHION NEWS

Family Packets

Coming Monday in your youngest student’s backpack is the red Fashion Show Family Packet with information you need to know to support and reserve your spot at our highly rated and well known fundraiser.   As co-chairs we have been hard at work on the assembly line getting these packets ready to go – please take a moment to read through the materials and retrieve the Grand Raffle tickets to be sold by your student(s). We ask that each student sell at least one book however, our goals are based on the sale of 2 books per student.  Each book sold per student will enter them in the Friday weekly prize patrol raffle at lunch time and every 2 books sold per student is a ticket for the student mini gift auction held the day after the show.  Give Off Premise Sales a try.  See the sign up below in this weekly word.

Something NEW – Yes, it’s true!  We are selling our reservations and gift auction tickets online this year!  This is a very exciting change that will streamline our processing and make it easier to purchase tickets.  Online Registration opens on Wednesday September 12th.  In the meantime get ready to make your reservations and buy your tickets. Get your table together and assign a table or group captain.  Be sure to invite family and friends to join you for this truly fabulous event.

Stay tuned for the Special Fashion Show Weekly Word  this Wednesday September 12th

that will include the instructions and website information to start making your reservation and ticket purchases.

Thank you for your continued support.

Off Premise Sales for Grand Raffle

Off Premise Sales provides an easy way to sell your grand raffle tickets.  If you want to be a part of spreading the excitement about our event in our community, please volunteer for Off-Premise Sales. By selling grand raffle tickets at church or local stores you can easily sell your initial raffle books (and more!) in only a couple of hours.  Let’s break grand raffle sale records – give it a try!  Complete instructions are provided and the Off Premise Committee members are available to answer any questions.

Remember that each book sold is a chance for your child to win a prize in the Weekly Prize Patrol, and every two books sold earns your child a ticket for the Mini Gift Auction! Both are fun events for the kids to be part of but you have to sell your books to be entered for a chance to win.

Please sign-up using the link below and indicate your youngest child’s name and homeroom in the Comment Section.
