REMINDER FROM THE NURSE

In cooperation with the Morristown Board of Health and the American Pediatric Association we are reminding all parents that their children must be fever free for an entire 24 hours before returning to school from an illness.  The 24 hours does not include any time where medication was used to lower your child’s temperature.
Please do not tell your child to try to make it through the day and go to the nurse if necessary. She is presently overwhelmed with students who have come to school not feeling well but are attempting to power through the day in an attempt to be in school for a test or assignment.
Thank You

ASSUMPTION SCHOOL DIAPER DONATION DRIVE!

March 3 – 8
Large Packs of Regular Sizes 4 & 5 (not “pull-ups”) – with approx. 30-40 regular baby diapers inside. Wipe packages also requested.  Deliver to Assumption School Front Lobby
We are calling on the Assumption School Community to donate sizes 4 & 5 regular baby diapers (large packs being requested – but smaller packs also appreciated). Wipe packs are also requested and appreciated.
The John Corr Family Resources Mission is in great need for regular baby diapers (not “pull-ups”) and wipes, in particular sizes 4 & 5. This wonderful charitable organization works to help needy families with baby items, clothing and diapers. The diaper supply is completely depleted and families are in need today.  The diapers are provided to the poor allowing them to use their meager funds to pay for food and rent to care for their families.
Let us help them –and thank you for any assistance you can provide!
Any questions please call Bridget LaBar 973-600-2039 or Jessica Keown 973-255-8290.
