Assumption Fall Fashion Show – Thursday, October 17, 2019Vacation is almost here…get a jump on the Fall by donating today! With summer vacation nearly here why not get a jump start on next year by getting your gift auction donation in? It’s the perfect time to purchase one of the summertime or outdoor items from our registry! You can find all of our items online in our registry. Donate a single item or go in with a group for a one-of-a-kind package! The registry is a great way to customize your donation and make it unique! Thank you in advance to all our Assumption Families for their support. https://www.myregistry.com/giftlist/2019assumptionfashionshow Once you have made a purchase from the registry, please be sure to download and fill out a donation form available on the website or in the office and send it into school with your child marked “Attention Gift Auction.” The form can also be found in the school office.  Not sure what to buy, monetary donations can be sent via backpack payable to Assumption HSA and we’ll do the shopping for you! Please feel free to contact a Gift Auction Committee member with any questions.

Roar VBS will be hosted at Assumption Church from August 5 to August 9. At Roar, kids discover that God is good even when life gets wild. Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Wild Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s love, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with the Safari Celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Roar is for kids from pre-k 4 to grade 3 (fall 2019) and will run from 9 to 11:30 a.m. each day. Teen volunteers must be in grade 6 (fall ’19) or older.  Online registration is  open https://assumptionparish.org/vacation-bible-school.

Any parent whose child has medication (ie. epi pen, inhaler, prescription medications or OTC medications) in the nurse’s office must pick them up before the last day of school. Any medication that is left will be discarded, whether it is expired or not. Thank you for your cooperation.
