7th GRADE FUNDRAISER

By now you should have received a Yankee Candle Catalog in your (youngest) child’s backpack. Each year Assumption’s 7th grade class raises money to underwrite graduation expenses. Please take a look at the catalog (or online) and support their efforts!

When using the order form in your catalog your items will be shipped to the school and there will be no shipping charge and no need to add sales tax since we are a non-profit organization. You will be asked to pick them up at school when they come in (YES! IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!).

The sale ends on Nov. 8th so please don’t delay! Simply return the yellow and white copies of your order packet to school along with a check made out to: Assumption HSA.

To order online and have items shipped to your home (small shipping charge for this ordering method, but free for standard shipping if you spend over $100) go to www.yankeecandlefundraising.com and enter the group code 999995895, then click “start shopping”.

They will also strengthen their color and design skills as we glaze our pieces.

Please return this form along with your $78 check, for Peggy Davo, to the main office by Thursday, November 7th. All supplies are included and firing will be done in my studio. A portion of your check goes to the school. Thanks!
