CHRISTMAS STORE 2020

tree_in_cart.jpgChristmas Store 2020 is finally here! We are so lucky to be able to do this for the kids amongst all the chaos of the past year.

Please click here for the shopping schedule for Wednesday and Thursday. Please send your child to school with their completed list, big shopping bag and money on their designated day. Virtual students who wish to attend are only able to come during the scheduled time and day for their class. Please do not send your child to the store during any other time.

As a reminder, please send small bills only. Preferably $1 and $5 bills.

If you did not sign up to volunteer via last week’s SignUp Genius, your name will not be on our list and you will be allowed to enter the school. There are absolutely no exceptions. This is for the safety of our children and staff. Thank your for your understanding.

We are so excited to spark a little holiday joy for the kids.

Thank you,

Christine, Meredith and Stephanie

The cloistered Carmelite Sisters of Morristown are devoted to praying more than eight hours a day for peace in our community and in the world. They are dependent on the goodwill of the community to meet their basic needs and unfortunately, the Assumption Church annual bake sale benefiting the Carmelite Sisters cannot be held this year due to the Covid pandemic.

In lieu of the bake sale, volunteers have created a cookbook of desserts, “Sweet Carmel,” which includes Catholic themed photos taken by a professional food photographer!

There will be a limited number of printed copies available by mid-December. The 80+ page cookbook will be high end magazine quality with a bounded spine. There is also a digital version that can be downloaded immediately upon payment.

Thank you for your consideration and your support. Please keep the Carmelite Sisters in your prayers, especially during these trying times. Blessings.
